Privacy statement: Supervision and Holistic guidance sessions

Your personal data will not be shared with unauthorized persons and will be stored according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any file with personal and medical information that can be made during your Supervision is subject to the confidentiality obligation of Maartje Stroeken.

Information from your file can be used for:
- The invoice contains address details that are also necessary for your possible submission to the employer/ tax authorities.
- Anonymous peer consultation.

Terms of delivery: Supervision and Holistic guidance sessions

Invoicing of your 3 series of Supervision and/or Holistic guidance sessions takes place via a digital invoice in advance.
Your 3 series of Supervision and/or Holistic guidance sessions can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before start of your first Supervision and/or guidance session, after that or in case of interim termination the costs will be charged.

Maartje Stroeken has the right to reschedule or cancel one or more Supervision and/or Holistic guidance sessions with a statement of reason in the event of compelling or unforeseen circumstances, with in case of cancellation a full refund of your payment for the canceled session(-s).

Please note: If Supervision and/or Holistic guidance is followed in the context of registration with a professional association, you are and remain yourself responsible for whether the requirements of the professional association are met.
Supervision and/or Holistic guidance sessions are not a substitute for medical advice. Sessions can be booked additionally in consultation.
