Walking in nature is something that truly nourishes me these days. I feel it effortlessly moves and shifts the energy in my body while grounding & opening my heart, and being awed by all of natures beauty. Sometimes I love to make a little stop to dance with the trees, birds and the elements of nature ;-)

When we feel truly nourished we often times experience this in a holistic way in mind, body, heart and/or soul by feeling for example fulfilled, inspired, joyful or feeling (self-)compassion amidst difficulty.

What truly nourishes you in the moment you may feel intuitively by listening to your heart via the body.

4 Ways in which you may feel nourishment:

  • ✨It may be something else than yesterday.

  • ✨It may be something that feels nice & soft immediately.

  • ✨It may be something that you first feel a little resistance towards doing, but while doing it or afterwards you feel replenished & nourished.

  • ✨Maybe it’s lying down, moving, dancing, singing, meditating, intuitive journaling, reading, practicing yoga, going outside, eating a warm & balanced meal, or connecting heart to heart with loved ones. 💞

Just follow your inner wisdom & body towards what truly nourishes You.
