In this Grounding meditation you are invited to pause for a moment in the midst of hectic times or all sorts of feelings of unrest. I guide you step by step to ground yourself by connecting with your lower body and the ground.
Coming home here and now. To yourself. In your body.
You can listen to the meditation online or download it for your own use on e.g. your mobile phone/ tablet.
Meditations are recorded live from Sessions and group sessions, including ambient sounds.
