Breathing Space Meditation - 5 minutes
In this Breathing Space Meditation you are invited to pause and reflect upon your experience in the moment, after which you come home to the movement of the breath. First, I guide you to become aware: are there any thoughts, feelings or physical sensations? After that, I guide you to connect with the breath as an anchor to the here & now. Lastly, you are invited to expand your awareness to your body as a whole, including your surroundings.
This meditation is inspired by the classic 3-minute breathing space from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), developed by founder Jon Kabat-Zinn, as well as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams, and John Teasdale.
Meditations are recorded live during Sessions including ambient sounds.
