Bodyscan Meditation - 30 minutes
In this Bodyscan Meditation I guide you to connect with your body from your toes to the top of your head. Whenever your attention gets distracted, you are invited to practice bringing your attention back to your body.
This meditation is inspired by the principles of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), developed by founder Jon Kabat-Zinn, and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams, and John Teasdale.
Meditations are recorded live during Sessions including ambient sounds.
